Shipping:
Products will ship vis UPS or USPS within 5-7 Business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin their processing time the following business day.

Refunds of Physical Products:
Refund must be requested along with the reason for return in writing by contacting sales@journeydecor.com
- Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Hard goods must be returned to Journey Decor immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting sales@journeydecor.com as directed in step 1. note: instructions may vary depending on the reason for return
- The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or resalable condition, as determined in Journey Decor sole, reasonable discretion.
- After the product is received in its original condition, refunds will be credited back to the method of payment used at the initial checkout within 5 business days.
