Products will ship within 5-7 Business days from the time the order is placed.

Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin their processing time the following business day.

Journey Decor is committed to our customers satisfaction. If you have purchased a product from Journey Decor and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if the item is returned within 14 days of the delivery date.


Refunds of Physical Products:


To be eligible for a return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Refund must be requested along with the reason for return in writing by contacting sales@journeydecor.com 
  2. Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  3. Hard goods must be returned to Journey Decor immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting sales@journeydecor.com as directed in step 1.                     note: instructions may vary depending on the reason for return
  4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or resalable condition, as determined in Journey Decor sole, reasonable discretion.
  5. After the product is received in its original condition, refunds will be credited back to the method of payment used at the initial checkout within 5 business days.
Conditions of return:
Free Returns - we'll provide the shipping label. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Non-returnable Items:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Journey Decor can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

Refunds of Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  2. Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
