Journey Decor Creative Maker

Journey Decor Online LLC is looking for a highly motivated, crafty, detail oriented, and quality- driven Maker to support the production of our handcrafted decor. Journey decor online predominantly offers hand curated wreaths, Artificial garlands, and life-like faux stems.


Journey Decor is an e-commerce brand that sells on Etsy and on our online website.


Hours :

  • Monday - Friday 7 - 3  and occasionally Sundays for 2 - 3 hours
  • Production has high peak seasons (Sept -  December)  that provide team members the opportunity to work more hours if desired

Compensation:

Potential to earn starting pay at  $17+/hr, pay may vary based on experience


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Creative crafting experience (professionally or as a hobby)
  • Detail Oriented
  • Coachable and strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent team player, dependable, and positive attitude
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to do repetitive tasks with hands, stand, and lift
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive/commute as needed

Ideal Candidates will live near the Latham area and must have a reliable transportation


Experience with wreath making and/or floral design is a plus, but not required
